Massage + Bodywork

Lomi Lomi
Lomi lomi is the Hawaiiian style of massage and is part of a larger healing tradition. Long, fluid, repetitive strokes mimic the ocean waves relaxing the mind and body. The intention is to "work to the bone" where your Mana (life force or chi) is stored to energize from within.

Connective Tissue
Connective tissue is a highly effective technique that uses the theory of dermatomes to help with circulation problems, cellulite, fluid retention, etc. It is also very relaxing and regenerative.

Cocoa Wrap
Begins with a gentle dry body scrub, followed by a signature body butter application and wrap. While cocooned experience a cool quartz crystal facial massage and hair + scalp treatment. Finish with a full body massage.

Dry Body Brush
A dry body brushing can be included at the beginning of any session. Wonderful for stimulating the lymphatic system. Keep the brush for at home self-care.

Reflexology
More than a foot massage, Reflexology uses reflex areas on the feet that correspond to all of the organs, glands and parts of the body. Stimulating these reflexes can help bring the body back into a state of homeostasis. It's like a full body massage, inside and out, through your feet! Reflexology is known to improve circulation, reduce pain, encourage overall healing, and induce relaxation.

Lymphatic Drainage
Using gentle, rhythmic motions lymph is moved through the body. Lymphatic drainage is especially recommended for reducing swollen areas, relieving pressure, faster recovery from injury or surgery, and improving the immune system.

Super Sole-Ful
Contrasting hot and cold foot baths help improve circulation and deeply relax the whole body and mind. Completed with a full reflexology session. A full body massage through your feet. Leave feeling rejuvenated and clear.

Acupressure
Gentle yet deep finger pressure on specific acu-points combined with verbal Body Focusing techniques, to help release "armoring" or chronic tension, balance the "Qi" or energy, and improve vitality. This clothes-on method helps relieve stress- and trauma-related problems.

Cupping
Cupping is an ancient technique using negative pressure to release tight muscles, drain excess fluids and toxins, loosen adhesions, lift connective tissue, and bring blood flow to stagnant skin and muscle tissues.

Deep Tissue
Utilizing a variety of techniques including: trigger point therapy, accupressure, kua loa (Hawaiian backwalking), tui na, etc. to reach the deeper layers to relieve chronic tension, increase range of motion, and improve posture.

Hot Salt Stone
Warm Himalayan Salt Stones can be included in any session. The salt's grounding properties help improve sleep and balance the central nervous system.

Alexander Technique
Is considered a mental discipline that teaches individuals how to unlearn harmful habits — which can show up in the way we stand, sit, eat, walk, or talk — and instead return to a more relaxed, balanced state of alignment and poise. Through gentle muscle manipulation and instruction, your alignment is brought to a different state and you eventually learn to bring these changes about yourself. You can look forward to improving posture and coordination, relieving or preventing pain, becoming more present and open, and increasing range of motion, breathing capacity and overall energy.
